#070 Saxon Parrying Dagger
A distinctive style of parrying dagger used throughout Northern Europe. The short crossguard echoes earlier dagger types. Worn at the back, tucked in the baldric or belt, it was less cumbersome than wider guards. It coincides with the Bavarian Rapier #169.
