#030 English Bill

This was the favored pole arm of the English. In use from the 14th to the 17th century, it saw action from the Scottish border to wars in France. George Silver, an English author of arms, recommended this pole arm more highly than a sword. This weapon was also called a Brown Bill or Forest Bill. It is mounted on a 1.125" ash pole and is 83" long, overall.
