Returns & Cancellations
Our goal is to never ship something we would not personally spend our own money to buy. We are committed to delivering pieces that have the look and feel of original medieval and Renaissance items. Since we hand make all of our products each one will have some uniqueness and not be a carbon copy of others we have made. Our objective is to make each item the best we can.
If the item you receive is defective in any way, please let us know right away and return the piece for replacement or repair. If you receive the item and do not like it, you can return the item in the original box within 10 days and get a full refund. The piece must arrive in original condition and be unmarred. If the piece is damaged or has been used, we reserve the right to adjust or refuse to refund dependent on the condition of the piece on its return. Orders that are cancelled after 72 hours will be refunded minus a 15% fee that allows us to cover costs incurred. You can receive the refund in store credit if you wish.
Custom order deposits are non-refundable. Cancelled custom orders will be refunded with a 20% fee or the deposit whichever is greater.
Refunds will be accomplished as quickly as possible but may take up to 30 days.
