Shipping
We work hard to find the best and most economical shipping solutions for your purchase. The US domestic shipping is listed at the bottom of each item page and will be applied during the checkout process. Our online store only allows for shipping to appear at the end of the check out process, but you can abandon the cart and not complete the purchase with no problem if you are not comfortable with the shipping applied.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will have a slight upcharge.

Overseas Shipping
International customers, we feel your pain, with the steep increases in international shipping over the past several years. We have explored several options from direct freight to secondary shippers and have found for most folks that the postal system is the most economical way to ship to you.
Size Constraints
There are several challenges with our product line in shipping overseas. The first is size restrictions for long items. Many countries allow a 60" maximum length but there are some notable exceptions such as Taiwan which is 42". If a shipping amount does not appear on the last screen of the order page then the item may not be able to ship via the post to you contact us for more info.
Insurance
Another annoyance is many countries have different insurance maximum levels for postal shipping. Taiwan for example allows $1350 US, while most of the EU allows $650 US, but the UK only allows for $200.00 US. If insurance is important for your shipment then choosing UPS as a carrier will be needed but the shipping cost will be much higher and there may be additional fees/brokerage costs beyond what is charged by the post.
Customer Responsibility
The particular details of each countries import rules and regulations are complex. We ask our customer's to take responsibility to know import restrictions; duties, customs brokerage fees, etc; and in some cases notify or obtain permission from the proper authorities for receipt of item. Customer is responsible for all such fees.
Secondary shippers
If you live in countries that are serviced by secondary shippers like MyUS.com they will have different size and insurance options that may well be less expensive than UPS. These services need you to create an account then we will ship to a US address they provide you and only charge domestic shipping.

You of course can always contact us for a specific quote if our online order does not provide a shipping amount.
